I am a father of a beautiful son and husband to the best of wives and best of women, whose unconditional support has brought us to this point.
Let me name a few things I was really bad at in high school , math, physics and chemistry. So after I dropped out when I was 20, I built a career in sales, mostly because talking, explaining, and connecting with people were the only skills I really had at the time. Fast-forward 15 years later, I got inspired by legendary communicators such as Richard Feynman, Carl Sagan, Neil deGrasse Tyson and Sean Carroll. I decided to learn more about space, and while I was doing that, I accidentally stumbled across chemistry.
When my aunt passed away in 2023, I took on a hobby collecting the periodic table in cubes, and a fellow student I was studying with recommended I unbox the cubes on YouTube. It took a few conversations until I finally decided to do that, and in January 2024, we started on YouTube with some Dutch videos. On March 6, 2024, we started up the channel Cube Chemistry in English, since many of the people I work with in my professional career also wanted to watch the videos.
My wife joined, and a friend of mine who can actually manage things became the CEO of the channel.
